Returns Policy

 Please carefully review your order and verify that no error has been made. Once your order has been submitted it will be automatically processed by our ordering system with no human intervention.

Under normal circumstances, as this product is electronic, you the customer, are not entitled to a refund, but there may be a circumstance where a refund is deemed necessary - e.g. technical problems and the transaction is not completed or duplication of payment.  In such cases refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of management.

Downloads

Once you have completed checkout the product can be downloaded immediately. You can download it up to 5 times. You have two weeks to download your product from the download page we provide.
